1. When you create two different types of Proteon models, the Device Topology view displays

appropriate information in the simpliﬁed device panel.

Problem 1: The PteonCNX500 Configuration view’s Interface Configuration table may have

missing fields and blank spaces.

Solution: This applies to firmware versions prior to 13. New firmware versions show the fields.

Problem 2: If you create a duplicate model of a PteonCNX500 model type and then navigate to

the Alarm view of the duplicate, notice the model icon may show either a blank label,

or a GenSNMP label.

Solution: This problem will be fixed in a future release.
